Young Prince Ivan is born. But to the great sadness of his parents he doesn't seem able to speak. The King and Queen long for another child. When she is born not only can she speak but she arrives with a complete set of iron teeth!
Warned by the gardeners that the baby is in fact a witch, Ivan makes his escape on horseback. Helped by two old ladies and a couple of mighty giants he eventually finds his way to the Sister of the Sun in her palace at the End of the World.
But the prince is worried about what Baby Iron Teeth is up to and returns to confront her.
Baby Iron Teeth is a 50 minute piece of story-telling theatre suitable for ages 5-11.
This production extends the physical nature of our storytelling, in combination with a playful use of song and chant and a bold use of rhythm and rhyme.
